In the instance of an event being cancelled by the service provider due to unsuitable weather conditions or any other unforeseen factors, will try to reschedule the event, if this is not possible, a partial or full refund will be given. Cancellations made by the client up to 24 hours after the payment has been made will be refunded in full except when the date of cancellation is within 5 working days of the actual booked activity date. Cancellation fees are as follows: Cancellations made up to:

1 week before any activity are subject to a 100% Cancellation fee

2 weeks before any activity are subject to a 50 % Cancellation fee

30 days before any activity are subject to a 15% Cancellation fee

There are a few specific exceptions to the above guidelines, clients are asked to verify these terms at the time of booking if there are any doubts.
